We specially adjust the chest width and belly space for stocky, broad-chested breeds such as Frenchies, Pugs and Boston Terriers to avoid tight squeezing. Standard sizes are also available for small, medium and large dogs if you don’t need custom measurements.

All our handmade pet sweaters use high-quality anti-pilling acrylic yarn. Machine washable under gentle cold cycle. We recommend flat air-drying instead of tumble drying to keep the knit shape intact. Avoid bleach and high-temperature ironing to prevent deformation.

If the size mismatch is caused by our production error based on your provided measurements, we will remake a new sweater for free. If the inaccurate size comes from wrong measurement data you submitted, we can offer a preferential remake discount for you. Please send clear photos of your dog wearing the sweater within 3 days after delivery for support.

We mainly use soft skin-friendly anti-pilling acrylic yarn as standard material, which is breathable, warm and not easy to irritate pets’ skin. Pure wool blend yarn is also available as an upgraded custom option for extra warmth in cold climates, you can select the material during customization.
