5. Can I customize the size for special dog breeds like French Bulldogs？

Yes absolutely. Our hand-knit sweaters support fully personalized sizing. You only need to provide your dog’s chest circumference, back length and neck girth. We specially adjust the chest width and belly space for stocky, broad-chested breeds such as Frenchies, Pugs and Boston Terriers to avoid tight squeezing. Standard sizes are also available for small, medium and large dogs if you don’t need custom measurements.

6. What custom options do you offer for handmade knit sweaters?

We support multiple personalized customizations:
• Colors: Custom all colors in Pantone card
• Patterns: Cable knit, ribbed, striped, heart or paw embroidery, and so on
• Neck style: Turtleneck, crew neck, half-zip neck
• Personal logo: We can your logo on the sweater
• Fabric thickness: Lightweight for autumn, thick warm knit for cold winter.

7. How long is the production lead time for custom handmade orders？

Standard custom hand-knit orders take 25–30 working days for production. If you add complex embroidery or special complicated knitting patterns, it will extend to 30–40 working days. We will inform you of the exact timeline once we confirm your customization details. Shipping time is separate based on your destination country.

8. Is the custom knit sweater machine washable?

All our handmade pet sweaters use high-quality anti-pilling acrylic yarn. Machine washable under gentle cold cycle. We recommend flat air-drying instead of tumble drying to keep the knit shape intact. Avoid bleach and high-temperature ironing to prevent deformation.

9. Do you offer wholesale custom orders for pet shops or pet fashion events？

Yes, we welcome bulk wholesale custom cooperation. We have rich experience supplying sweaters for pet runway shows and offline pet stores, feel free to contact us for a wholesale quotation.

10. What if the custom sweater does not fit my dog after receiving it?

If the size mismatch is caused by our production error based on your provided measurements, we will remake a new sweater for free. If the inaccurate size comes from wrong measurement data you submitted, we can offer a preferential remake discount for you. Please send clear photos of your dog wearing the sweater within 3 days after delivery for support.

11. What yarn materials are used for handmade custom pet knitwear?

We mainly use soft skin-friendly anti-pilling acrylic yarn as standard material, which is breathable, warm and not easy to irritate pets’ skin. Pure wool blend yarn is also available as an upgraded custom option for extra warmth in cold climates, you can select the material during customization.
